SHIPPING
Is shipping included?
Yes, the quarterly and annual subscription prices include shipping. Applicable sales taxes will be added.
When can I expect my box?
We ship existing subscriptions by the 21st of the month for each season: December, March, June, and September. Upon sign-up, you will receive your box within seven to 10 days, if that season’s box is not sold out. If it is, you will receive the next available box.
How will I know when it's on the way?
All members receive shipping notification via email, as well as a personal email from our editor to let you know adventure is coming! If you have any questions, just give us a call: 1.888.924.7524.
Is the price in Canadian dollars?
We are 100 per cent Canadian! The price is Canadian dollars for Canadians.
As a Canadian, am I going to have to pay duties or import fees?
Nope! No need to worry about duties or additional charges. We ship our boxes from British Columbia.
BILLING
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can purchase online or via phone at 1.888.924.7524.
What's the difference between an annual and quarterly membership?
Annual memberships are paid up-front and guarantee four boxes—plus, you save 5%. These memberships renew on their anniversary unless cancelled. Quarterly memberships are billed each quarter, before the box ships. These memberships renew every quarter unless cancelled.
When will I be billed for my next box?
When you sign up, you will be billed immediately to confirm your subscription and your order will be prepared for shipment—so start making room in your gear closet for awesome stuff!
After the initial billing, all quarterly subscribers will be billed in September, December, March, and June, going forward, unless the membership is paused or cancelled. (Annual subscribers are charged for the full amount upon purchase, and then again one year later.)

What is my commitment?
You can cancel or pause at any time by contacting customer service: EMAIL US or 1.888.924.7524. And, if you miss us, you can return easily by reaching out too!
How do I return the box?
If you’re not happy with your gear box, please email us first. For a full refund, you must notify us within seven days of receiving your box, and it must include all of its original items in unused condition and be shipped back (return shipping costs are not refunded). Customer service will provide details. (But we're sure you'll love it.)
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Oops! We’re humans and sometimes (just sometimes) make mistakes. Please contact our customer care team via EMAIL or phone 1.888.924.7524 and they will help you out.
